Meet our Founder, Rachel
Rachel became a passionate advocate for transforming the healthcare industry after facing the challenges of navigating the system as a parent of a child with medical needs. Frustrated by the complexity and lack of transparency, she began asking critical questions: Are employees choosing the right providers? Are they making informed decisions for themselves and their families? This sparked her mission to reimagine how benefits are delivered and understood.
Driven by this purpose, Rachel founded a brokerage focused on helping employers achieve long-term sustainability in their benefits programs while empowering employees to better understand and use their healthcare coverage. Her innovative approach and deep commitment to advocacy have earned her national recognition. Rachel has been invited to the White House to discuss strategies for lowering prescription drug costs, named one of the Top 20 Women in Benefits Advising nationally, and recognized as a runner-up for Broker of the Year. She is also a recipient of the Face of Change award and was honored as a Rising Star in Benefits Advising.
