About Us

Rachel became a fierce advocate for change in our healthcare industry. That passion sparked from being frustrated as a parent of a child who had health needs. Rachel began to wonder how other people were able to navigate the complex system. She wondered if employees were choosing the right providers when they needed care. She wondered if employees were making the best healthcare decisions for them and their families. Rachel set out to start a brokerage that helped employers have long term sustainability of good benefits while simultaneously helping employees to understand how to use their benefits.  Rachel has been invited to the White House to discuss ways to lower the cost of RX in the country, she has been named top 20 women in benefits advising nationally, she was runner up for broker of the year, she has won face on change, and rising star in benefits advising.
