When the client first came on board they were self-funded ASO with BCBS. Over the first year we went self-funded with an independent TPA and implemented HealthJoy to help employees choose the right place to access care at the highest quality and the lowest cost. The client was able over the next 6 years to keep deductibles at $1,500 and employee contributions to only $20 per pay period. We were able to mitigate high risk claimants and have decreasing stop loss renewals or increases of less than 5% total for the whole 6 years.
